When the balance runs out you can top up on the card lookup page ($5 per top-up plus a 5% service fee; Alipay adds a further 3%) — the card number stays the same, so subscriptions do not need re-linking. Unused balance is non-refundable.
Cancel before delivery · face value refunded in USDT
You can cancel any time before we send the card details email. On cancellation the gift card face value is refunded 1:1 in USDT to your Pink Card account balance ($100 face value → 100 USDT); the $10 issuance fee and the service fee are not refunded. Your balance can be used to buy another card, convert, or withdraw to an external wallet (withdrawal network fees are borne by you). Once the card details email has been sent, the order is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
After activation: $1 per transaction + $2.50 per month
Every charge attempt costs a $1 fee — including declined ones (at most 3 declined charges per card per calendar month, Beijing time) — plus a $2.50 monthly fee, both taken from the card balance and not included in the amount above. Cancel subscriptions you no longer use on the provider's side: otherwise they keep retrying, the first 3 failures each month cost $1 each, and repeated failures can lead the card network to close the card early.

Gift Card Notes
  • Pink Card is a prepaid digital gift card for AI services with no overdraft or transfer feature.
  • You can top up the card after the balance runs out ($5 per top-up plus a 5% service fee; Alipay adds a further 3%). Unused balance is non-refundable, and top-ups are non-refundable once paid.
  • Gift card redemption details are delivered by email, so make sure the receiving address is accurate and accessible.
Fees

Charged once, at purchase:

  • Gift card service fee: $10 (fixed)
  • Service fee: 3% (of face value + $10)
  • Alipay adds a 3% channel fee; not charged for USDT / USDC

Charged on an ongoing basis, deducted from the card balance:

  • Per-transaction fee: $1 — charged on successful AND on declined charges (declined ones: at most 3 per card per calendar month, Beijing time)
  • Monthly fee: $2.50, deducted on the 1st of each month
  • Cancel subscriptions you no longer use on the provider side: they keep retrying automatically, the first 3 failures each month cost $1 each, and repeated failures can cause the card network to close the card early (this is enforced by the card network and is outside our control)
Network Requirements Important

Before redeeming Claude or other AI services, ensure your network meets the following requirements. Failure to do so may result in account restrictions and is not eligible for refunds:

  • Use a stable network and select a region supported by the target AI service
  • Enable Global / Safe Mode so all traffic exits through the same network
  • Do NOT use "Speed Mode" or "Balance Mode" — these auto-select networks and may route some traffic through domestic IPs, so your network region keeps changing. That can trip the provider's payment risk checks, leading to failed charges or a paused subscription
