Pink Card fees and rules
Every fee for buying, using and topping up a Pink Card, on one page. No hidden fees — the tax overseas merchants add is theirs, not ours.
Buy
Paid once when you buy
Amounts $110 / $220 / $500 / $1000 or custom (minimum $100). Pay with USDT / USDC or Alipay, no sign-up.
Service fee: 3%
3% of (card amount + $10).
Alipay channel fee: 3%
Only when paying with Alipay; not charged for USDT / USDC.
Delivery
Card number, expiry and CVV are usually emailed automatically 1–2 minutes after the payment confirms. Contact support if nothing arrives within 10 minutes.
Use
Charged from the card balance after activation
These are not part of the purchase total; they come out of the balance. Tip: never run the card down to zero. Keep a few dollars above the plan price plus tax so the merchant's pre-authorisation hold and monthly renewal go through and you don't pay failed-charge fees for nothing. Cancel subscriptions you no longer use on the provider's side, or they will keep retrying.
$1 per transaction, declined ones included
Each charge costs $1. A declined charge (for example, insufficient balance) also costs $1, but failed-charge fees are capped at 3 per card per calendar month (Beijing time, UTC+8); from the 4th decline that month on, nothing more is charged. Successful charges cost $1 each with no cap.

Starter cards waive it for the first 1, 3 or 6 months depending on the tier.
Merchant tax is extra
ChatGPT, Claude and other merchants add VAT / sales tax for your region, usually 5–25% above the sticker price. Load 20–30% more than the plan price.
Unsupported merchants
Merchants acquired in mainland China (e.g. Alipay, Taobao) are always declined.
Top up
Reloadable — the card number stays the same
Top up on the Balance page with the card number and lookup code. Saved subscriptions keep working.
Top-up cost
$5 per top-up, plus a 5% service fee on (top-up amount + $5); Alipay adds 3%. A $100 top-up costs $110.25.
Validity
A top-up extends validity to 3 years. If a card expires without a top-up it is frozen and the balance is kept; topping up reactivates it.
When funds are available
Usually within 30 minutes of payment.
Refunds
Orders can be cancelled before delivery. After the card details are sent, and after a top-up is paid, refunds are generally not available.
