PikPak payment failed, short answer: PikPak Premium can be bought in three places, and each one handles payment differently. On the official website (mypikpak.com/drive/payment) the checkout offered PayPal and Alipay for subscriptions, and PayPal, crypto and Alipay for one-off plans, when we checked; card payment appears to depend on region. In the Android app the subscription is billed by Google Play (it shows as GOOGLE *PikPak on a card statement), and on iPhone by the App Store. Most "payment failed" cases are a Google Play or App Store renewal that the card cannot cover: Google keeps retrying, and the subscription stays active in the background until you fix the payment method or cancel it in Google Play. If you just want Premium again, the simplest route is often a one-off plan on the website. If you need a card for Google Play, a prepaid virtual card bought with USDT or USDC, such as Pink Card from pinkcard.cc, is one option.
Written by the Pink Card team (pinkcard.cc). PikPak prices and payment methods are taken from the public product endpoint behind the official payment page and from the PikPak help center, checked on 2026-10-19 from a Canadian IP. Prices and methods vary by region and change; the checkout is the source of truth. Pink Card fees are those shown on the purchase page on 2026-10-20. Pink Card is not affiliated with PikPak.
PikPak Premium prices (official website, Global Premium, USD)
- Monthly subscription: US$5.79 for the first month, then US$8.09 a month.
- Yearly subscription: US$57.59 for the first year, then US$95.19 a year.
- One-off 1 month: US$9.49, no auto-renewal. One-off 1 year: US$63.99 for the first year.
- The first-subscription discount can be used only once, even if you cancel and subscribe again. Web plans have no free trial.
- Global Premium covers 33 countries; other regions get Regional Premium at a lower price (PikPak does not publish those prices).
- In-app prices on Google Play and the App Store are not published by PikPak. The Google Play listing shows in-app items from $4.99 to $409.99, and the price you see depends on your Play country.
What the official web checkout accepts
- Subscriptions: PayPal and Alipay were available; crypto and UnionPay were shown greyed out.
- One-off plans: PayPal, crypto and Alipay were available.
- Cards: no card option was returned in our check, although the site code contains a card checkout, so it is likely enabled only for some regions or accounts.
- PikPak says it does not provide service in some places, including mainland China; check that it is available where you are before paying.
- If a payment fails, PikPak’s help center points you to the website checkout, its gift card center or an authorized reseller for redeem codes.
Why the Google Play renewal keeps failing
Our own data shows the typical pattern. One Pink Card paid the first Google Play charge for PikPak, $3.80, on 2026-09-01. From 2026-09-29 the renewal, $5.43, was declined twice a day, roughly every 12 hours, for about two weeks (24 declined attempts up to 2026-10-11), first because the card had reached its cumulative amount limit (the balance was too low) and later because the card was blocked. Google Play kept retrying because the subscription was never cancelled. The $3.80 to $5.43 step looks like a first-month offer followed by the regular price (the same roughly 30% first-month discount as on the website), but this is our inference; PikPak does not publish Google Play prices.
Fix it in this order
- Decide where you want to pay. If you bought in the app, the subscription lives in Google Play or the App Store, not on mypikpak.com.
- To keep the Google Play subscription, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PikPak and update the payment method to a card with enough balance. Google retries on its own.
- If you do not want to keep it, cancel it in Google Play so the retries stop. Each retry on a prepaid card that charges for failed authorizations can cost a fee.
- To switch to the website instead, cancel the in-app subscription first, then buy on mypikpak.com/drive/payment.
- Do not hammer the same card. If a card fails two or three times, wait several hours or use another method.
How to cancel PikPak
- Bought on Google Play: cancel in Google Play subscriptions (this is where our card’s charges came from).
- Bought on the App Store: cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions.
- Bought on the website: cancel on mypikpak.com/drive/subscription.
- After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period (membership agreement §5).
Refunds
- PikPak purchases are generally non-refundable.
- Exceptions: a mistaken charge reported within 30 days to support@mypikpak.com, or an accidental purchase reported within 24 hours if you have not used any Premium benefit (no files saved or transferred). Include a payment screenshot with the order number and your PikPak account email.
- For Google Play orders, PikPak does not say whether you can use Google Play’s own refund flow; that follows Google Play’s policy.
Does a prepaid virtual card work for PikPak?
On our own cards in the 90 days to 2026-10-19, PikPak charges (merchant GOOGLE *PikPak Safe Cl MOUNTAIN VIEW, billed through Google Play) show 1 successful charge of $3.80 and 25 declined attempts: one $3.80 attempt on another card, and 24 renewal attempts of $5.43 on the card that had run out of balance and was later blocked. So the card itself was accepted by Google Play; the renewals failed for balance and card-status reasons. One user is a small sample, and Google Play’s payment-methods help page lists virtual credit cards as unsupported, so we cannot promise it will work for you.
Pay PikPak with a prepaid virtual card (USDT or USDC)
- Open pinkcard.cc/en and choose an amount: presets start at $110 ($110, $220, $500, $1000), or enter a custom amount from $100.
- Pay with USDT on BEP-20 (shown as BSC or BNB Smart Chain on most exchanges; network fee usually under $1) or ERC-20, or with USDC on ERC-20. Send exactly the amount shown, on exactly the network you picked.
- Enter your email twice. No account and no sign-up are needed.
- The card number, expiry, CVV and billing address arrive by email about 1–2 minutes after the payment confirms (check spam).
- Add the card in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Payment methods) or wherever the card checkout appears, with the billing address from the email, then subscribe once.
- Keep the balance above the next renewal. Top-ups of the same card usually arrive within about 30 minutes, and the number does not change.
How much to load (worked examples, no tax)
- A web monthly plan at $8.09: $8.09 + $1 per transaction + $2.50 monthly card fee = $11.59 a month, so the $110 preset covers about nine months.
- A web yearly plan at $95.19: $95.19 + $1 + $2.50 = $98.69, inside the $110 preset.
- If the card also pays other subscriptions, the $2.50 monthly card fee is charged only once.
- Paying for a $110 card: ($110 + $10) × 1.03 = $123.60. Topping up $100 later: $5 + ($100 + $5) × 5% = $10.25 in fees, $110.25 in total.
Pink Card fees (as of 2026-10-20)
- Card issuance: $10 one-time, plus a 3% service fee on (card amount + $10).
- From the card balance after activation: $1 per transaction and $2.50 per month.
- Failed authorizations are charged $1 too (at most 3 failed charges per card per month), so cancel or fund a subscription before Google Play starts retrying.
- Top-up of the same card: $5 plus 5% of (top-up amount + $5), usually on the card within about 30 minutes. Full fee table: pinkcard.cc/en/fees.
- Once the card details are emailed, the order cannot be cancelled, so double-check your email address before paying.
